British Leyland

Its hard to imagine but we have Trump as president and Britain is doing Brexit.

The left still hasn't realised this is mostly their fault.
Islam is not a race its a religion and one that seems is above liberal values.

When they label Masjid Nawaz as an anti Muslim extremist you wonder what the fuck are the left thinking the southern poverty law center has done some good things in its history but they've illustrated the lack of understanding of the problem. Or they're blind to it. Instead of reforming a very conservative backward thinking religion they attack anyone that criticises it. This has gone on for a long time and no amount of protest by people regretting not doing enough will change anything.

Anti Trump protesters apparently s!ashed up Starbucks and bank of America. They donated to Hilary. Own goal

The anti immigration sentiment is high in a lot of places and no one seems to understand it.

Its a mix of media hype, left inability to act and lack of planning.

How do you accept refugees how different are their cultures. We seem to think their cultures can over lap and they can behave instinctively but this is a mistake. Culture is important and so are social norms. Sexually repressed people are almost like wild animals.

Look at what happened in Germany and Sweden the police were more concerned with politics and public opinion of being labelled islamophobic that they didn't report properly rapes.

If the rapes and sexual harassment are commuted by predominantly or in colognes case exclusively Arab males that sought asylum and of the Muslim faith.

Feminists who have clearly lost the plot would rather blame white males and support Islam and slam perceived "islamophobia" than represent the women they claim to. Its become a one way street its OK for women to be separated but a single mention of the same for men or equal rights is slammed as sexist.

Trump though has it wrong as do most people on the thing they claim the most. Economic prosperity and their inward looking protectionism. What they're actually doing is reducing the need to reduce waste and tackle quality and efficiency problems.

What we then end up with is inferior products and expensive imports.
However the desire to stop offshoring or outsourcing can be addressed by working to reduce waste. However British and American business is more about screwing someone over than working together as that would be socialism or something. However the benefits of running a company in such a way means highly profitable products, high speed development and delivery of quality with an unparalleled sense of job satisfaction.

Offshoring destroys any hope of achieving this and means you are starting at zero again. The likelihood that inefficiencies and product quality problems will continue is high. Unfortunately erected barriers to offshoring may not fix this problem as most managers are driven by poor metrics or other managers that also do not understand how to improve things. Some think it is a matter of cracking a whip. But this is all push. Its better to pull, which is how one leads and how to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Lean tools are frequently misused.

Trump and the billionaires running the USA does this sound like a good idea? I don't know, no one does, but there is always an element of self interest.

Brexit on the other hand is more risky
