Trump though has it wrong as do most people on the thing they claim the most. Economic prosperity and their inward looking protectionism. What they're actually doing is reducing the need to reduce waste and tackle quality and efficiency problems.

What we then end up with is inferior products and expensive imports.
However the desire to stop offshoring or outsourcing can be addressed by working to reduce waste. However British and American business is more about screwing someone over than working together as that would be socialism or something. However the benefits of running a company in such a way means highly profitable products, high speed development and delivery of quality with an unparalleled sense of job satisfaction.

Offshoring destroys any hope of achieving this and means you are starting at zero again. The likelihood that inefficiencies and product quality problems will continue is high. Unfortunately erected barriers to offshoring may not fix this problem as most managers are driven by poor metrics or other managers that also do not understand how to improve things. Some think it is a matter of cracking a whip. But this is all push. Its better to pull, which is how one leads and how to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

People in England cannot drive

So after trying to drive 70 mph and keeping left I nearly got run off the road three times by morons hogging the middle lanes and doing speeds yoyoing between 65 and 75mph. I got brake checked heavily twice .... Why because I changed lanes when two people were yoyoing. They took umbridge to me not yoyoing and attempted to cause accidents through brake checking. Having been brake checked a second time I decided to run out of shear panic. At which point I had one of these guys screaming at me from the left the other behind doing god knows what whilst I was stuck behind someone else.

On the first brake check I changed lanes and was brake checked again. I changed lanes where the car in question pulled along side then blocked me from changing lanes panicking I swerved as I had no idea what these idiots were going to do and ended up in the left most lane where another car slammed his brakes on in front of me. At which point I decided I needed to get the hell away from these guys as it was genuinely scary. Two cars trying to run you off the road in traffic is proper mental.

Honestly I am starting to think the speeders in the fast lane are about 100 times safer than the people who yoyo in the middle lanes thinking that they own the road. So I can't understand speed cameras, speed control and highways agencies traffic officers have made things worse.

I hate driving, it is a horrible chore due to the infinite amount of idiots on the road. Why can't anyone keep one speed? Keep left? Read the road? Maintain constant speed?

England is a horrible place to drive in I absolutely hate it its suicidal.

Why the hell does G4S seems to run security for everything?

Why are houses built without consideration for roads, traffic, businesses constantly being done. Local Councils seem to be utterly inept at determining what is important.

New roads need to be built, better parking facilities should be legislated, so as to make sure people can find parking spaces and reduce the amount of traffic by reducing number of vehicles on the road at any given time and to speed up the process of finding spaces. Currently there seems to be some sodding rule that limits the number of parking spaces? How does that help?

Parking spaces in new builds are too small. Garages should have a minimum size of being able to fit a Range Rover and be able to open the door without being the width of a stick insect.

Shale gas is not an answer, Solar Energy is more important. Trying funding research into better ways to harness the energy of the sun instead of fecking about with more Gas and more CO2.

And Bonfires/BBQs should be banned for emissions reasons. They have to be some of the worst sources of emissions around. Burning a massive pile of trees is not good for the environment especially when there is loads of smoke. You don't see that much smoke out the back of a car do you?
